Industrial & plant models
Technology. Made clear.
From layout drawings to a physical plant model. We make processes, pipe routes and connections easy to understand.
A good plant model makes in seconds what plans and PDFs explain only laboriously.
-
Complexity made visible
Plant layout, conveyor routes and process steps become instantly clear on a physical model — for clients, authorities and new staff.
-
Reconstructed from existing data
We work with layout plans, P&IDs, dimensioned drawings and photos. A finished CAD file is not required.
-
Reproducible in series
If several sites or sales teams need the same model, we produce identical copies at a much lower unit price.
-
Sections & colour coding
Functional areas, media or construction phases can be colour-separated — turning the model into an explanatory tool.
-
Light & portable
3D printing delivers stable, lightweight models that travel well to trade fairs, training and presentations.
-
Fixed price up front
After a brief data review you receive a binding project price — no surprises, no „on request“ hurdle.

FAQ
Answers at a glance
Do you need a CAD file of the plant?
No. We reconstruct the model from layout plans, dimensioned drawings, P&IDs and photos. A finished 3D file speeds things up but is not a requirement.
What scale are plant models built at?
Typically 1:100 to 1:500, depending on the size of the plant and the desired level of detail. A whole site suits 1:500, a single machine a larger scale. We recommend the right scale after reviewing your data.
Can functional areas be colour-separated?
Yes. Media, process steps or construction phases can be colour coded. This makes the model a strong explanatory tool for sales and training. Multi-colour printing adds roughly 30–50%.
What does a plant model cost?
Industrial and plant models start at around €1,500 net as a project price. The final price depends on size, level of detail and data quality. You receive a binding fixed price up front.
